As CEO of A Ritch Enterprise, Dr. Alicia Ritchey, along with her stellar team, provide solutions for building organizational capacity through education support, DEI training, communications support, program management, and coaching. A Ritch Enterprise further offers its clients high quality resource management services—product development, professional development, and business development—centered on growing sustainable profitable brands hinged on value-centered identity.



Meet the Founder 


Dr. Alicia D. Ritchey is a premier consultant with expertise in program and curriculum development, and senior executive training, and business design. With a doctorate in Curriculum & Instruction, English Education from Florida International University, her impressive body of research resulted in a national curriculum used to help develop culturally responsive educators in schools and community-based programs across the country and abroad.


As a National Board-Certified Educator, the highest commendation for classroom teachers throughout the nation, Ritchey spent her entire teaching career with the 4th largest school district in the U.S., Miami-Dade County Public Schools. An acclaimed international educator, Ritchey assisted in developing school-wide plans for diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as classroom cultural responsiveness for school districts serving student populations ranging in size from 4,400 to 334,361.


In 2014, she founded A Ritch Enterprise, the sole federally certified woman-owned small business in Crisp County, Georgia. As CEO of A Ritch Enterprise, Dr. Ritchey and her team provide solutions for building organizational capacity through education support, DEI training, communications support, program management, and coaching.


Ritchey, regarded as an inclusive community building expert, serves as the lead education consultant for ICB Productions, Inc., a global training, consulting, and management firm. For more than two decades, she spearheads in the development of training programs and Diversity Equity and Inclusion curricula for use within public and private sectors.
